Pumpkin Spice Coffee Creamer

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup half-and-half or fat-free half-and-half
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup 100 percent pure pumpkin
  • 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • Brewed coffee

Instructions

  • In a medium saucepan, whisk together milk, half-and-half, brown sugar, pumpkin, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated, 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently. (Do not boil.) Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Transfer to a measuring cup or heat-resistant pitcher. Cool completely. Pour into a bottle. Cover, and store in the refrigerator for up to one week. Shake well before using. Add desired amount of creamer to coffee. Makes about 2 1/4 cups creamer.
